1. General Information

Bespoke Travel Company provides customized domestic and international travel packages, specializing in luxury, leisure, spiritual, wellness, and adventure travel.

All bookings made through our website or authorized representatives are subject to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per the selected package.
Full payment must be made before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and approved digital wallets.
For international bookings, additional documentation and advance payments may be required.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

By the Customer:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges may apply based on the travel type and timeline:

30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation fee
15–29 days: 30% cancellation fee
7–14 days: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days: No refund

By Bespoke Travel Company:
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, supplier issues, international restrictions), we will offer an alternative of equal value or issue a full refund.

4. Travel Documents

Domestic travel: You must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN, etc.) as required.
International travel: Passports, visas, vaccinations, and any entry requirements are the traveler’s responsibility.
We are not liable for travel disruptions caused by invalid, expired, or missing documents.

5. Pricing and Inclusions

All prices displayed on the website or in brochures are indicative and subject to change based on seasonality, availability, and customization.
Final package cost and inclusions/exclusions will be clearly communicated in the confirmed travel itinerary or invoice.
International packages may include taxes, visa fees, and foreign exchange charges where applicable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Bespoke Travel Company acts as a facilitator for third-party services including hotels, transport, airlines, and local operators.

We are not liable for:

Delays, cancellations, or loss resulting from third-party actions
Itinerary changes due to weather, political unrest, strikes, or operational issues
Damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the trip

7. Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for the chosen destination.
We are not liable for health-related issues, vaccinations, or emergencies during the tour.
For international travel, we recommend checking health advisories and travel insurance requirements.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, images, graphics, layout) is the exclusive intellectual property of Bespoke Travel Company and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
